Robert has been working in the personal injury and medical negligence field for over 20 years. He started his career in Maurice Hackenbroch & Co and later moved to work for Attwaters Solicitors focusing on personal injury and medical negligence law where he progressed to a Partner. In 2009, Robert founded M R Law Solicitors to specialise on medical negligence and personal injury cases.
Robert is a passionate advocate of the rights of individuals to seek redress when it is due and to ensure legal services are available to all, not just those with large financial resources.
Outside of work he enjoys cooking, watching sport, listening to music and playing with his dog, all at the same time on occasions.

Ann has over 15 years of experience dealing with personal injury cases and helping injury victims seek the maximum justice. Prior to working in Attwaters Solicitors concentrating in personal injury work, she worked in the City and specialised in General Civil Litigation. Ann joined M R Law as a Partner in 2010.
Ann likes to get to know her clients well and develop a rapport with them. The ability to assist her clients in their time of need is the biggest reward for her.
Outside of work Ann enjoys her time walking her three dogs, reading, watching sport and spending time with family and friends. She is a keen traveller and enjoys embracing other cultures. Ann can also be met volunteering for such charities, as Befriending Scheme and The Cinnamon Trust.

Tracy is a Practitioner member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers with accreditation of Senior Litigator. She has been working in the legal environment for over 15 years. She started out at Merricks Solicitors where she began her career defending personal injury claims.
Later, she moved to work for Attwaters Jameson Hill Solicitors focusing on personal injury where she progressed to a Partner. Tracy joined Robert and Ann at M R Law in May 2014 to pursue her passion to support her clients from their initial enquiry call to securing compensation for their injuries.
Tracy’s empathic skills help her understand her clients’ situation and provide the best representation for them. She has a successful track record of negotiating exceptional compensation awards for her clients. Her expertise covers a wide range of personal injury and medical negligence claims.
Outside of work Tracy spends time with her young family which can include anything ranging from “jumping in muddy puddles,” making dens, supporting events at the local children’s centres and visiting the local Gruffalo trail. She is an active member of Brentwood Baptist Church as well as a committed member of The Parish Church of St Mary, Shenfield. She also acts as an Associate Governor of Westcliff High School for Girls. Tracy is a committed member of SNAP (Special Needs and Parenting) and PACT (Parents and Children Together) for Autism.
